Sundheds Coach provides professional nutrition consulting aimed at supporting lifestyle changes and dietary improvements. Our services include online video consultations, personalized meal planning, and ongoing nutritional support.

It is important to understand that our guidance is educational and lifestyle-oriented. We do not provide medical diagnoses or clinical prescriptions. Our expertise serves as a supplement to, and not a replacement for, professional medical advice from your general practitioner.

Consultations are secured upon booking via our online system. We respect your time and ask for the same in return. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is permitted once per session if requested 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened or forfeited session.
• Refunds for completed consultations are not provided.

All materials provided during the coaching process—including meal plans, nutritional guides, and digital resources—are the intellectual property of Sundheds Coach. These materials are for your personal use only.

The distribution, reproduction, or public sharing of proprietary plans and guides without written consent is strictly prohibited.

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your health status, allergies, and lifestyle habits. Success in nutritional coaching depends on transparency and active engagement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your digital profile. Sundheds Coach reserves the right to terminate access if these terms are violated or if behavior becomes disruptive to the professional relationship.
